"Roundabout": the Starting position - to rise the friend opposite to the friend, legs on width of shoulders, hands on a belt, shoulders are lowered, a head directly. 1-2 - circular movement of a head from left to right, the case directly, shoulders are lowered; 3-4 - circular movement of a head from right to left. To repeat 6 - 8 times.

Exercises for shoulders and hands:

"Neznajka": the starting position - to rise the friend opposite to the friend, legs together, hands and shoulders are lowered, the head directly 1-2 - to lift upwards the right shoulder, 3-4 - to return to a starting position, 5-6 - to lift upwards the left shoulder, 7-8 - to return to a starting position. To repeat 6-8 times.
"Mill": the Starting position - to rise the friend opposite to the friend, legs together, hands and shoulders are lowered, a head directly 1-4 - rotation by shoulders forward, 5-8 - rotation by shoulders back. To repeat 6-8 times.
"Obstacle": the Starting position - to rise the friend opposite to the friend, the case and a head directly, hands are extended forward and pressed by palms to palms of the partner 1-2 - the right hand together with the right shoulder is slowly allocated back, as though overcoming an obstacle, 3-4 - a starting position, 5-6 - the left hand together with the left shoulder is slowly allocated back, 7-8 - a starting position. To repeat 6-8 times.

Exercises for a back:

"A kind and malicious cat": the Starting position - to rise the friend opposite to the friend on knees, hands rest palms against a floor, the head looks directly before itself 1-2 - to curve a back upwards, and a head to lower downwards as though the cat has become angry, 3-4 - a starting position, 5-6 - to bend a back downwards, and a head to lift upward, 7-8 - a starting position. That it was more interesting, movements can be carried out differently: one partner - "a malicious cat", the second - "a kind cat", and then on the contrary. To repeat 6-8 times.

Exercises for the case:

"Lock": the Starting position - to rise the friend opposite to the friend, legs on width of shoulders, hands are linked in the lock, the head directly 1-2 - to be pulled upwards behind hands, 3-4 - to bend downwards and palms to get up to a floor, 5-6 - a starting position. To repeat 6-8 times.
"Hours(Time)": the Starting position - to rise a back to each other, hands are linked and lifted upwards, shoulders are lowered, the head directly 1-2 - the case smoothly together with hands bends to the right, 3-4-starting position, 5-6 - the case smoothly together with hands bends to the left, 7-8 - a starting position. To repeat 6-8 times.
"Geese": the Starting position - to rise the friend opposite to the friend, legs together, hands on a belt, shoulders are lowered, the head directly 1-4 - with a sound "SH" to incline the case forward, a head directly, 5-8 - a starting position. To repeat 6-8 times.

Exercises for legs:

"We build a small house": the Starting position - to rise the friend opposite to the friend, legs together, hands are lifted upwards with the connected palms, elbows are strongly allocated back 1-4 - slowly and smoothly to sit down, the back a straight line to raise heels above a floor, 5-8 - to return to a starting position. To repeat 6-8 times.
"Hide-and-seek": the Starting position - to rise the friend opposite to the friend, legs together, hands on a belt 1-2 - to sit down, the back and a head straight lines, hands on a belt, 3-4 - to extend legs, hands to clasp knees, a head to press to legs, 5-6 - a starting position. To repeat 6-8 times.
"Pumps": the Starting position - to rise the friend opposite to the friend, legs together, hands are combined before themselves 1-2 - a knee of the right leg to concern hands collected before with itself, 3-4 - a starting position, 5-6 - a knee of the left leg to concern hands collected before with itself, 7-8 - a starting position. The Starting position - to lay down on a back, legs are straightened, hands along a body, 1-2 - to delay socks of legs, 3-4 - to reduce rise of legs. To repeat 8-10 times.
The starting position - to lay down on a back, legs are straightened, hands along a body, 1-4 - rotation by stops of legs to the right, 5-8 - rotation by stops of legs to the left. To repeat 8 -10 times.
